Keene Building Products™ manufactures 3-dimensional building envelope products for moisture control. These products work in wall, masonry, foundation, and plaza applications, to increase moisture drainage and ventilation. This polymer filament mat is placed between different materials to space components and create drainage, ventilation, and isolation in many aspects of a wall, roof or floor.

Lamb & Ritchie roof flashing is a form of weatherproofing that shields protruding objects from a roof (such as chimneys and vents) against water.

Flashings are available in aluminum and copper.

Moisture penetration is one of the most critical challenges facing concrete structures. Interior or exterior, above or below grade, unprotected structures can suffer from water-induced damage, including deterioration and corrosion caused by alkalis, salts, acids and mold. Liquid-applied high-performance membranes and cementitious coatings provide a seamless barrier to seal walls and penetrations against the most damaging conditions. Protection can be enhanced further through the use of admixtures that facilitate low concrete permeability, such as integral crystalline capillary waterproofing admixtures.

PermaPro and PermaWrap are woven polypropylene fabrics, microperforated for proper moisture transmission consistency.  Semi-translucent and lightweight for easy installation, 12 – 15 perms, with up to 6 months of UV protection.  Upgrade to PermaWrap for increased durability with higher tensile and tear strength. WaterShed house wraps are non-woven, non-perforated breathable polypropylene material, with a CLAF® mesh, multi-directional drainage plane.  Lightweight for easy installation with up to 6 months of UV protection. Available in Low Perm (15 Perms), High Perm (55 Perms) and Commercial (35 Perms). Custom logo available upon request.

Polyglass membranes and waterproofing products are reinforced with polyester and/or fiberglass mat offering superior flexibility, excellent tensile strength and dimensional stability and is intended to be used as the primary weathering surface in new or re-roofing applications.

The POLYSTICK self-Adhesive family of products consists of homogeneous rubberized asphalt waterproofing adhesive in conjunction with APP or SBS compound. The rubberized asphalt seals around correctly installed nails on the weathering surface.
