Used to connect the FOUNDATION to the inside of the framing above it. The ANCHOR BOLTS are placed in the FOUNDATION while the CONCRETE is still wet, then after the CONCRETE CURES, the FOUNDATION SILL PLATE is attached to the ANCHOR BOLTS.
